My name is Andreas Gadmer and I have been doing tech support since 2000. After my Pure & Applied Sc. degree, I went to Computer Sc. in Ottawa, worked shortly after as a Level 2 Technician for Microsoft and ended up at McGill University supporting their computer network since 2004.
